CABINS: $85.00 per night. Sleeps six with two double beds and two single beds, bathroom with shower, AC, heat, linens and towels are provided.

SALOON SUITE: $95.00 per night. Queen size bed, sitting area, kitchen, full bath with antique tub/shower, AC, heat and balcony.

LOFT ROOMS: $45.00 per night per person.  $450.00 for 7 rooms, sleeps 16.

RV SITES: $23.00 per night – water and electric, dumping station provided
                    $25.00 per night – water, electric, and sewerage

PRIMITIVE SITES: $15.00 per night. No services.

DAY USE: $5.00 per horse.

STALLS: $5.00 per night, per stall

The following is included at no charge while staying at the 4-B Ranch. *Old West Saloon, *PavilionOutdoor cooking center with BBQ pits, pig roasting pit, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans and cutlery. We also have a playground area and for our primitive campers we provide bathrooms and showers.

OLD WEST SALOON: $275.00 Afternoon-evening.
PAVILION: $275.00 Afternoon-evening.
SALOON AND PAVILION: $500.00 Afternoon-evening.
 

Here at the 4B we want all of our guests to be comfortable and enjoy themselves.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and follow these rules.

REGISTRATION: Register and promptly affirm a Negative Coggins for all your horses.

CAMPSITES & PARKING: Campsites are to be used for living quarters, horse trailers, 5th wheel, pull-type campers and motor homes. Additional trailers that accompany the above must be parked in their designated area.

SPEED LIMIT: All vehicles maximum speed 10 mph. Horses may not be cantered, galloped or run in the campground area.

CLEANLINESS: Kitchen, BBQ pits, stoves, butane burners and microwaves are for use by our guests.  We ask that you clean up immediately after use. Garbage, cigarette butts, pop tops and bottle caps should not be thrown on the ground. Please place in containers provided. No gray water discharge allowed. There is a dump station on the premises. Cleaning or repair fees may be assessed if property or grounds are not left in the same condition as when you arrived.

STALLS: Stalls are available and must be cleaned daily. Manure, hay and shavings should be placed in the manure wagon. There are manure forks and wheelbarrows available.

CHILDCARE: PLEASE SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES!
4B is not responsible for childcare or for injuries children may sustain.

HORSES: Do not tie your horse to the fences or the trees. Horses are not allowed in the playground area. No overnight tying of horses to the trailers.

DOGS: They must be with their owners at all times and are not allowed in the saloon, barns, cabins or at the pavilion. MUST BE ON LEASH WHILE IN CAMPGROUND!

SMOKING: No smoking in cabins, suite, barns and pavilion

CAMPGROUND FIRES: No campfires at campsites. There is a large fire-ring next to pavilion.

ATV’S: NO OPERATION ON 4B GROUNDS. They must be trailered or trucked in and out of camp grounds. ATV trailers must be parked in their designated areas.

PAVILLION / SALOON:  If a sign is posted "Private Party", please don't enter these ares without consent from the person leasing the facility.

NO Fireworks or Unauthorized Firearms maybe exploded or used at the 4B Ranch.
NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 11:30 PM ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS.
NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.
